Interns are paid a stipend and receive no benefits as opposed to the pathways interns which do. Interns are considered students and not technically employees. However, the stipend amounts to about $15 per hour.

As an intern you don't have any benefits. But if you work overtime you are able to get some days off as long as you work the ours.
