Dear Future NAVEX Global Team Member!
We are a team comprised of people with important and diverse priorities outside our roles at NAVEX Global. In addition to our commitment to creating a meaningful experience for people at work, our insurance, financial, and time off programs are designed to encourage wellness in your life by offering a broad range of options so you can choose what matters most.
In addition to offering the programs you have come to expect from a great employer, like health, dental and vision insurance, we also offer short and long-term disability, life insurance, a 401k/pension program, and a flexible time off program that includes 10 paid holidays each year.
Because we recognize how important benefits play in your decision making process to join a new team, you may be interested in knowing that we never stop working to provide a total package that supports your wellness and professional growth. Thank you for taking a moment to learn about one of the many ways we work to take care of people on our team; we look forward to the chance to meet you soon!

The option to choose plans makes it much nicer. We now have two options, but choose wisely according to medical needs. It woyld be nice if there was an insurance rep available ti help choose.
very poor benefits, minimum they can get away with
Sometimes not affordable for some situations
Great benefits! 401K, health, dental insurance. Low deductible
401k (with 3% match), lots of several small benefits like AD&D coverage, short term/long term, medical, dental, vision. Best part of their benefits are the smaller things they offer and unlimited time off (if you are meeting performance metrics). The worst/areas for improvement are on how much the company matches on 401k contributions, the medical offers, and vision (dental is about average).
They provide 401k, health insurance, and paid time off, which are really great benefits.
It's an HSA account so it leaves a lot to be desired. They can improve this a lot.
Pretty normal benefits for that size of company with options like high deductible to keep premiums down
Overall good Benefits, but can be expensive for some.
Medical Benefits are expensive, but they do offer HSA. They offer free benefits such as life insurance. Also provide opportunities to recieve addtional funds through HSA account by participating in health events.
