“easy to set up and get questions answered”
“Free tickets to games, and discount from other partners.”
“Need to work while parental leave.”
Fantastic 401k match. Always understanding about vacation & sick time
401k retirement plan, vacation time
Cost for health insurance slightly higher than other places I've worked, but that's offset by generous retirement options. The full range of benefits is as good as you can find.
Nice benefits and great fringe options
There’s something so weird about US media. Everything is overblown and taken to a whole new level of personal. Leaving politics aside (intentionally), I recently got into basketball, and it’s unbelievable to hear and see (social media activity) the level of vitriol being directed at NBA players from talking heads who have not done much aside talk/ criticize. I find their approach so unpleasant and just too personal; it often becomes more about them than the actual subject of sports. Shocking!
Graduated 2 years ago and started a career in tech sales. Never had a passion for tech but the comp was good, why not? Now it feels like every day I stay in the industry, there’s a less chance of me ever breaking out. Very passionate about sports, applying and networking for several jobs at NBA, MLB, Nike, Adidas and more. I’m first generation South Asian, so I don’t have much of a network in sports. Any contacts, referrals, success stories, advice would be appreciated ❤️
It was really good mayn
The NBA offers excellent health benefits choices, sabbatical after 10 years and 401k better than most companies
Health insurance is overpriced for the little it covered.
401k contribution is guaranteed yearly
They have a plethora of benefits that most companies don't offer such as financial assistance for fertility issues and family planning.
Solid Benefits, not the best.
