    Company motto seems to be promote health and wellness. Free medical to all employees. Promotes healthy diet and exercise through movement with incentive (free gifts via drawings) all are included. Everyone seems equal in this dept.

    They claim that it costs $500 a month, but they pay it for us. Would like to know who is getting the huge kickback from BCBS. Would rather have $500 in my paycheck and find my own plan for much less.
