I don't have a lot to compare the costs, but it is pretty darn expensive.
The best thing is our FSA. I use it to supplement our insurance plan because it doesn't cover me as completely as i need. The plans overall are relatively expensive. Vacation is not based on accrual - so if you're hired here negotiate your vacation.
There was no 401K match
The health insurance is extremely costly, it takes 3 years to be vested, and matching is less than 4%.
Great options to select from including an HDHP/HSA program.

Insurance is sub-par, vacation policy is terrible, vacations are discouraged or sometimes refused.
The cost is really high for a family of 3. PTO is fine for a 1-5 year associate, but it should gradually increase with longevity. 401K is pretty standard. Fitness Center and Cafe are about average. Uncovered employee parking sucks.
Heath insurance is high, $60 copay.
