    PTO, depending on position, you can start off with 15 or 20 days then after a year, it goes up to 20 or 25. 401a is provided at 5.5% (vested) even without employees contributing.

    The leave offered is really good 2 weeks up front and you get an extra week after 5 years. the Benefits are actually still good even though they have gone up but compared to many other companies they are much less, but wish we could have the pricing we had before this years change.
