NCR 401K Plan

The NCR Savings Plan is a 401(k) plan which offers eligible employees a convenient way to save for retirement. As general rule, part-time employees working more than 1,000 hours per year and full-time employees are eligible to participate in the Savings Plan. Your contributions to the Savings Plan are made through payroll deductions. In addition to your contributions, NCR offers an employer matching contribution. NCR offers two options in the Savings Plan: a pre-tax 401(k) option and a Roth after-tax 401(k) option. You are automatically enrolled at a 6% pre-tax contribution rate unless you opt out within 45 days from your date of hire.Company matching contributions will be made on an annual basis and you must be an active employee as of the last pay date of the year in order to receive the match the following January.
