    Worst thing is that it wont fully cover unless you pass the deductible ( single is $3000, family plan is $6000 )

    It is expensive for what it is...they give you health insurance but its not that great and it doesn't really cover everything you need and they end up charging you a lot for it.

    High Deductible plan is the way to go. They're self-insured, which is... interesting, but isn't competitive with other Fortune 500 companies for which I've worked.
