Built a new building designed for flexible attendance then required everyone to be in the office every day. Make sure you reserve your desk you can't store anything at because it's really not yours, it was designed to be used by different people from day-to-day.
NCR carries its own Health, Dental & Vision Insurance funded by employee contributions. PPO based in all states and HMO alternative in supported states. It's just okay insurance but I've seen far worse.

401K with Fidelity, company match, medical was just ok - expensive, and didn't cover much in terms of specialist care, but did reimburse out of pocket prescriptions.

Generous vacation schedule, mediocre health benefits for the size of the company, 401K matching is not done till end of the year, removed flexible work schedule, so now must be in the office 5 days a week
