Eligible vacation is based on grade level and/or tenure (whichever provides the greater benefit) — from a minimum of two weeks up to a maximum of five weeks.
You can also purchase 40 hours or five additional days of vacation through the Vacation Buy Program during annual enrollment. They must be used in the year they are purchased or they are forfeited. This is not available during your first year of employment.

Great, but expect to be called on vacation and expect to work through vacation as it does not matter.
Being a global company they don't do company holidays. You get X days per year, and if you want to take a US holiday off, then you use that day, otherwise you don't get it (e.g. Veteran's day)
