Work From Home is available for employees based on the business needs.
NCR no longer allows Atlanta, Georgia employees to work from home. Removing a benefit we've had for years.
This is very good benefit if your job does not have dependability on hardware.
You can work from home on non outbound days
Nothing bad about this policy. Have all the tools needed to do achieve success remotely. Occasional VPN outages hurt but are not that often.
NCR offers flexible working.
They offer work from home, but not to all employees and not for a consistent period. They don't really have a solid mobility policy, but they are working on it.
Mostly executives and high level management get to work from home. This creates a major disconnect between "management" and those working for them.
NCR is very flexible with regards to the option to work from home. I work from home a lot and do like that perk.
In my position, NCR allows me to work from home part-time although connecting to the work network can be difficult and problematic.
You can generally work from home whenever you like as long as you don't abuse it.
