“NCSA is very open to allowing their employees to work from home, with a large percentage of employees working remotely.”
“My benefits were easy to enroll. They are clear and start accordingly.”
“The plan is beneficial over time. ”
They go above and beyond in the benefits department. Pretty sure they lead the industry in benefits they offer. They also offer incentives for health and wellness.
Benefits are competitive, and the team has put in a lot of effort since last year to make sure we know how to access the resources available to us, especially virtual visits and mental health resources.
Great for an individual to grow
NCSA leadership team is open to feedback and makes a consistent effort to provide an attractive benefits plan for employees.
The benefits are pretty great. They give wellness days and compensate monthly for a gym/exercise membership. The 401K and insurance plan are beneficial.
Had a discount on Gym memberships which was very nice since a lot of gyms in the city are expensive
NCSA has worked hard on behalf of the employees to ensure that our out of pocket health insurance costs either do not increase, or increase by a very small margin. The company also offers a 401k with a generous match. Other miscellaneous perks like a $65.00/month wellness reimbursement (can be used towards gym memberships, vitamins, massages, etc..) are also offered.
Great perks, great benefits to their employees
NCSA offers a wellness package that they've revised during the pandemic to help employees as we try to navigate this time. We now have one mental health day as part of our wellness benefits/
They have a great benefits package.
