    NELSON has an amazing benefits package. They have just recently redone everything with it: Fidelity 401k, medical, dental, vision. They are a little stingy on paying for licensure and reups for CEUs for AIA and IIDA.

    No maternity leave policy in place. No in-office HR resources or knowledge of local and state laws. 401K match is very low at 1% and they can take those contributions away from you if you quit. Health insurance is expensive and does not provide full coverage.

    I was recently hired and eligibility for benefits begin on the 1st of the month following your date of hire. This is amazing and I am so relieved to not have to be without insurance (or worse - on COBRA) for a lengthy probationary period. Also rates are very reasonable with good packages to chose from. Short term, long term, and life insurance are covered in full by NELSON as well. I am thrilled!

    NELSON has a great benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, etc. They just added a 401k match this year as well. I like their paid time off program too. It starts accruing immediately (no waiting before you can use it) and can earn nearly 5 weeks the first year.

    Decent selections and coverage. Good overall package that is competitive with industry. Work-life balance is great with flexibility enjoyed by many teammates especially those with children.

    PTO accrual rate exceeds competitors. 401k match at 4% just put into place. Health care paid by company at 95%. Dental coverage is a joke. Commuter benefits.

    Pretty decent benefits. All the normal stuff, Medical is really good. So is Dental. Vision seems to be okay, I haven't used it yet though. Used to have 401k matching but not anymore. It would be nice if unused PTO rolled over from year to year or is cashed out if not used.
