Extremely comprehensive, but sometimes it's hard to understand all the perks up front.
Vacation is excellent here. 5 weeks for those working at the company for 6+ years, and a generous 4 weeks for those in the 3-6 year range. Healthcare options are solid, in addition to dental and especially vision (VSP, which is the best I've experienced)
Good medical, stock options, flex-time, HR was very helpful and available. Management is good and understands family needs. Good balance between work and family. Employee assistance was easily available during family struggles in dealing with death in family.
We recently merged with NETSCOUT. Overall, our new benefits package is comparable to our previous package. The 401k match is not as high, but all employees were given 100 shares of stock (not stock options). There is also a discounted stock purchase program. We were also able to retain our 4 week vacation allowance.
Health Insurance - If you opt for High Deductible plan, NETSCOUT pays $1500/- into your HSA account (out of a max $2800 per year).
401k employer match could be better.
Best: flexible hours, ability to work remotely 20 vacation days + 11 holidays health insurance with no deductible yearly learning budget - hard to get it though, defienitely not promoted to the employees Perks: some snacks but not much, no meals, no team building events
Great Health Insurance, Competiive Vacations and 401k package
Vacation benefits are great, and also health insurance.
Good employee benefits with matching 401K, 125K flex, matching charity donations.
