Health care benefit is pretty good. 50% matching profit sharing up to 6% salary. I got bonus 1 out of 4 years.
Health benefits is good, unlimited vacation but you have to have a reasonable boss to take advantage of this benefit.
They had full health insurance, Vision, 401k, and dental
Best thing is that it has long paid winter break (from Christmas to New Year). It also has 401k and insurance(medica+dental+vision). You only get 3 paid sick days a year, so that's not great.
Pretty standard benefits package. Comes out of your salary. It isn't terrible. Good health insurance. Haven't had to use it yet.
Time off is typical for hourly employees, with PTO generated overtime. Sick days are a state law, so are given by law, but are scrutinized heavily by management. The insurance provider the company uses changes very often, so its hard to give an accurate assessment, though it seems 'okay'.
