Honestly, the best part was bonding with others in events. However, Nexon seems to have stopped that and such.
401k match is standard but watch out for the vesting schedule! Also sick time is rolled into vacation, and there's not a lot of it. They're pretty stingy with travel reimbursement.
The benefits offered are much better than I was expecting going in. The staff handling these plans have extensive knowledge of what they cover and are always open for questions.
Nexon America has an extremely solid benefits package that adequately covers the standard medical and 401K. They also have some non standard benefits such company sponsored monthly lunches and a year end paid company shutdown through the Christmas and New Year holidays.
Considering all the other IT companies in the industry, benefits are just soso.
