Company perks and atmosphere would be be best part of working for NFL
Part-time employees are included in the overall pension plan (with vesting over the course of about four years), but excluded from health care and time off.

Good benefits and insurance plans
Virtually no benefits if you are contingent worker. They will work you to death then end your contract despite your best efforts or optimism. No 401K match.
