Health , Vision & Dental are pretty standard for the industry. Kitchens are stocked up with various snacks and drinks which include healthy options. No bonus structure - wildly varies by business segment and overhead staff receive minimal bonuses compared to operations or executives.
Best thing is the Great benefits. They covered infertility benefits, IVF, etc. most places don't cover this type of stuff

Best is you get 1 week vacation at 6 months, 6 sick days sick leave, 1 floating holiday a year, then it all changed to PTO time which caused loss of time off. The 401 K plan does not equally match your input.
