Matching 401k is a joke. Health insurance is pretty good. Vacation is very little. Options are too expensive for a non-promising private company.

401k match is embarrassing. Assuming you contribute to your 401k, the company matches a maximum of $750 each year in stock. Health insurance is just OK, nothing to write home about. Even when you are on vacation, you are still working remotely. Challenging work/life balance. Management did implement a 10% bonus plan in 2016, which is a step in the right direction. Despite NGM being well funded, salary continues to be on the low end of expectations.
