Full family health insurance is covered by the company for all employees
Fully Paid health insurance and dental is the best thing. Also really nice PTO policy with up to 120 hours of carry over time. Tuition reimbursement is great as well and a fairly simple process.
The Benefits are actually company paid
The best thing about our benefits package is that it is paid for by the company. The only premium we pay is a very nominal amount for the vision coverage.

Health and 401k benefits are AMAZING. But anything vacation/sick time is terrible. You accrue only 11 hours a month starting off. So you would have to wait months to take even more than a day. No bereavement leave at all. No medical leave other than the accrued sick time or "Short term disability" Which is not able to be used until 14 days of using paid time off or unpaid. Then after that it is only 60% of your pay. Not acceptable.
I buried three parents without Bereavement leave. This employer has a young workforce, so no polices are in place for Bereavement.
