Overall excellent benefits package with no cost to employee for health and dental insurance.
The best benefit is that health insurance is fully paid by the company for the entire family. The coverage and company's are also excellent.

Health and 401k benefits are AMAZING. But anything vacation/sick time is terrible. You accrue only 11 hours a month starting off. So you would have to wait months to take even more than a day. No bereavement leave at all. No medical leave other than the accrued sick time or "Short term disability" Which is not able to be used until 14 days of using paid time off or unpaid. Then after that it is only 60% of your pay. Not acceptable.
I buried three parents without Bereavement leave. This employer has a young workforce, so no polices are in place for Bereavement.

Pay is average to below market and you only get a max of 3% per year no matter how good you perform. Health care is solid but they just switched to CIGNA and they are very difficult to work with. Often CIGNA denies claims even if they are in network. 401K and retirement are strong. PTO is below average and at our Madison location they don't allow remote work. Corporate NIC says you get tuition reimbursement but again at our location that isn't the rule. The GM decides and often denies citing that it's not in budget and there is no official budget for continuing ed. You should negotiate your best package going in because you won't get a decent bump unless you threaten to leave.

I don't think there is anything bad about our benefits package. We have great health insurance that is 100% paid premiums for me and my family including dental. Family vision is about $11 a month. They give me a good amount of life insurance and I can buy 5 times my salary for a fraction of what State Farm charges me. We have a ESPP program that allows us to buy our company stock at a discount and our stock price has continue to rise since I started here. We have a 401K that is matched up to 10% which is great. We also get a lot of perks like free healthy snacks, wellness programs and contest with great prizes, a golf simulator, a beautiful office building with walking paths, and discounts on area businesses, amusement parks, and fitness clubs.
Each year my company provides an excellent wellness and benefit package. It's really a wonderful thing and a blessing to me and my family! They care!
