“Health Insurance is decent. Pay above average for them IMHO”
“Around industry average match for 401k”
“Nothing is accrued, but they dont pay it out if you leave either”
Benefits are decent. They are a little above average cost.
Company perks, 401k, breakroom except now remote, WFH, flexible
Spousal surcharge! No ESPP. They give you the minimum they can legally. Benefits get worse every year "to align with NICE."
Good medical benefits and access to 401k advising.
Great package! Appreciate the standard plus the perks!
The company has a comprehensive benefits package including options for pet insurance.
Average Benefits. No stock plan (at least for the inContact side) Medical, Dental, Vision, Legal..etc. not 100 covered. Employees pay about 25% monthly toward the benefits but that is a guess Vacation policy is very bad - they give you time that does not roll-over and is nearly impossible to take. Employees regularly work on their vacations and are expected to. Recipe for burnout. They simply do not value employees taking time off to recharge. What good is 3 weeks if you can not take it or roll it over? Commission plans are regularly manipulated and changed to "cap" sales commissions. Another bad practice. For such a successful company and the massive record breaking revenues they boast about, they do not really give the employees who get them there benefits to match the efforts.
Benefits start on day 1
Health insurance and 401k are decent
