  • Health Insurance(19 comments)

Very expensive. They recently revised the plan and made it more expensive and more restrictive. Didn’t have an issue seeing the drs I wanted, but it was restrictive and expensive compared to other organizations

  • 401K Plan(10 comments)

401k was good, with a reputable company and had a 50% of 6% match. Similar to other industry players.

  • Vacation & Paid Time Off(8 comments)

You accrue time off with more tenure, but depending in your role, they have windows they want you to take it, specifically in March and July. Vacation requests were never denied, but you were never fully “off”. It wasn’t uncommon to have calls schedule and be expected to attend while you were out of the office

Very Expensive benefits for a family. Decent coverage and options for Drs, but compared to what other organizations are offering, it’s very expensive

Benefits are standard; however they do not offer employee stock purchase or equity awards to regular employees.

Good 401k with matching, reasonable amount of vacation and stick time all easily managed with ADP. Aetna health with High Deductible plan is great for individuals, family plans are more complicated. 100% work from home.
