They make me pay a fee for wanted to cover my spouse. That is interesting to me.
Solid coverage is offered, it doesn't blow away others but it'd certainly in line, if not slightly better than many others.
The $75 spouse surcharge is the kind of thing that should have employees looking for a new place to work
Not as good as many of the tech companies in the valley but not the worst either.
The insurance rates are a little high and I wish they had a few more choices for remote employees but overall a solid benefits package. The inhouse medical clinic is awesome for he folks in Salt Lake, but no options outside of SLC.
Spousal surcharge, horrible coverage. Parent company trying to cut costs as much as possible.
Affordable insurance, HSA, FSA, etc.
Nothing special. Below par for new industry median.
Not alot positive to say about UHC. The onsite clinic is expensive ... and has a weird vibe.
they offer HSA which is great!!
