    I don't know anything about it, except I hear some upset people when they started if their wife was pregnant it was considered a pre-existing condition and they wouldn't cover the delivery. That's reidiculous.

    I think the maternity leave is the usual 12 weeks with no compensation... but if both spouses work at inContact, they have to split it.

    I wisht they offered paternity leave. But they dont.
