The yearly bonus is decided by direct line manager. They act as if they gather 180 degree feedback, but at times they only use what they want based on their preconceived opinion.
I got paid well but had to get all benefits elsewhere because I was consulting.

Benefits package was really pretty good all around. The worst of it was how much it cost but that is just pretty much healthcare these days. Onsite perks - sales and other events were nice but work/life balance often got in the way.
