The yearly bonus is decided by direct line manager. They act as if they gather 180 degree feedback, but at times they only use what they want based on their preconceived opinion.

Nike offers great benefits. The medical package is simple to navigate and select based on family situation. The trimet pass is a life saver.

Benefits package was really pretty good all around. The worst of it was how much it cost but that is just pretty much healthcare these days. Onsite perks - sales and other events were nice but work/life balance often got in the way.

As a contractor at Nike you get zero benefits basically. You don't even get paid time off.
