Great benefits at this company.
The cost keeps going up, even with a wage freeze
A great company to work for.
Best: Salary & Work Life Balance. Home by 5PM Monday-Friday. Worst: United Health Care is the health provider and they are notorious for refusing to pay claims and deny coverage. UHC is a huge con, but at no fault of NORDAM.
The best benefit is the competitive salary and work-life balance. The worst is that 401k matching doesn't start until after your first year, the vacation is less than I had hoped for, health insurance is through UHC (which UHC has AWFUL service) - but that doesn't specifically mean that NORDAM is not great.
The package overall is good. The prices increase every year but its worth it. Benefits do start on day one which many companies are not doing that anymore.
Best: they have an on-site medical office (staffed by a P.A.) where you can do general office visits/routine care without a co-pay. Worst: everything else.
Little to no cost increases year over year and generous 401(k) match.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
