NOV offers great benefits to employees.
Currently, they match your 401k up to, I believe 4-5%, you also get three weeks vacation when you start, great benefit plans (Dental, health and vision + more), and numerous opportunities to change positions and work in a different area.
Excellent benefits. All you need plus some extra perks that are really great.
