Comprehensive and competitive benefits package
Best: Matching RRSP Extended Health Worst: Pay for MSP, No vacation carry over
the best thing is the medical coverage , vacation plans, working schedule and management
company is good for getting paid leaves, benefits available like dental, health , massage. dental is covered 0 percent
The benefit package is really good and covers most of the required daily needs for medications
For Canada, it covers a lot, and even $2400 for fertility treatment which is a drop in the bucket but still good. But unless you're bedridden, suicidal and/or on meds, don't even bother to apply for short term/weekly indemnity benefits. If there's any other reason at all and they think you can even move further than your bathroom, you can work, in their minds.
Benefits start your first day of work
Great benefits plan included with employee salary (do not have to pay more into it). Dental, Medical, Optical, massage, etc. are all covered under the plan from a 80% - 100% level, depending on what it is.
Benefits package is great with NTT Data Halifax, difficult to come up with one worst thing as their default benefits are good, however RRSP contribution has a lock in period of 1 year as in employee can only be part of the program after an year of employment
NTT DATA has a decent bonus plan that is based on meeting objectives. It is not very large, but is paid out quarterly for lower grade positions, and annually for higher grade positions. The insurnace and pension plans are above average.
