    for one instance, Nvidia Stanford Health Navigator has made a profound difference in many of our lives -- we can choose the network doctors or we can choose our favorite doctors/ dentists, etc... the con is that if we could eliminate the co pay in everything (?)

    Multiple plans for offer. Plans seem good as far as I can tell, although things like annual deductible/out of pocket/in and out of network care/etc. are kind of off-putting at first, coming from a country with free(as in tax-paid) health-care. But that's not NVIDIAs fault.

    Standard Kaiser plan. I really like it. The Dental plan is very good and it covers up to 3k per person per year.

    Top of the line plan (Cigna PPO). Kaiser is also an option. 100% for employees. Good rate of spouse and children.
