Happy with the choices. Kaiser has come a long way.
for one instance, Nvidia Stanford Health Navigator has made a profound difference in many of our lives -- we can choose the network doctors or we can choose our favorite doctors/ dentists, etc... the con is that if we could eliminate the co pay in everything (?)
less copay and good coverage.
Somewhat better than Intel or other big companies
High deductible plan is very inexpensive.
Multiple plans for offer. Plans seem good as far as I can tell, although things like annual deductible/out of pocket/in and out of network care/etc. are kind of off-putting at first, coming from a country with free(as in tax-paid) health-care. But that's not NVIDIAs fault.
Its okay, as per the industry standards.
Standard Kaiser plan. I really like it. The Dental plan is very good and it covers up to 3k per person per year.
Top of the line plan (Cigna PPO). Kaiser is also an option. 100% for employees. Good rate of spouse and children.
it is fine, but it is getting expensive each year and benefits is getting worse
