NVIDIA works hard to deliver a comprehensive benefits package. We provide not only the basics - health care coverage, life and disability protection, pre-tax savings opportunities, etc. -- but we also offer many extras that you may not find at other employers. What really sets the NVIDIA benefits program apart is our willingness to listen to employee suggestions, try new things, and go above and beyond the norm to see how we can best support our employees -- and their family members -- as they strive to balance their personal and professional lives.
Current and former employees report that NVIDIA provides the following benefits. It may not be complete.

“Cigna -- no problems finding local physicians that take it. HSA match, too.”
“good match with mega Roth contribution”
“long Maternity & Paternity Leave”
Lots of great benefits regardless of your career stage (support for parents, gym membership discounts, 401K, employee stock purchase plan, etc.)
2 free days each quarter
It is very good for me.
Fantastic benefits and HSA match. And the company matched 200% donations to Ukrainian causes. Great people, great place to work
What tech companies offer the best fertility benefits and maternity leave in Silicon Valley? At NVIDIA, with Cigna insurance, we get unlimited IVF cycles, and fully covered surrogacy and adoption. Birth parents get 22 weeks off leave and then 8 more weeks of flexi time. All paid at 100%. Non birth parents get 12 weeks of fully paid leave and 8weeks of flexi time.
If the price was right and it was an EXCELLENT company to work for, would you consider a contract job? NVIDIA reached out to me about a recruiter role (apparently all of their HR starts off as contract and then converts to perm). I’d love to get into a company like that but don’t want to make a mistake leaving a FTE for contract. Nvidia
Total benefits is above average, good 401k matching and HSA company contribution
good 401k matching, ESPP, and insurance
Pretty typical benefits package. Good insurance. Unlimited FTO. Great stock plan.
Low pay compared to other employers (15% less than Microsoft, who is itself not considered to be a very good package), and their stock prices have been in a downward spiral for 10 months straight due to the collapse of the Crypto market. The latter is unlikely to recover and I suspect Nvidia stock will never be a draw in the future either.
401k company match + ESPP
they make me feel happy
