Everything is great, but one odd thing is that the online mental health care through Cigna doesn't seem to recognize the NVIDIA plan automatically.

What tech companies offer the best fertility benefits and maternity leave in Silicon Valley? At NVIDIA, with Cigna insurance, we get unlimited IVF cycles, and fully covered surrogacy and adoption. Birth parents get 22 weeks off leave and then 8 more weeks of flexi time. All paid at 100%. Non birth parents get 12 weeks of fully paid leave and 8weeks of flexi time.

NVIDIA has amazing benefits programs including flexible professional time off, a generous 401(k) match and ESPP program. There's also a variety of programs from the student loan repayment program for new college grads, family support programs for adoption, fertility, and surrogacy, as well as college support and elder care programs.
Best thing about Nvidia is the 401k match, and espp
