Always helpful in HR with any questions.
3 weeks (15 days) paid vacation. After 5 years, you get 20 days paid vacation.
After employee input they added another 5 days to everyone's vacation time.
Great company benefits. Great proft sharing and co.pant match for 401k
The ESOP is great. It's free money and really adds up over time. Worst thing about the benefits is that it takes forever to earn more than 10 days vacation and adding insult to injury, it's hard to take even that vacation time because they are purposefully understaffed. Taking even a short vacation means you will have to sneak in under the radar to make up for lost time before or after hours and if you don't use it, you can't roll it over into the new year.
They do offer profit sharing. 2 weeks paid vacation. Health & vision benefits but only one choice, no comparing plans.
There are no options. There is one plan to choose from. One basic plan and copays are as high as $50.
Everything is great with the benefits from 401k to health insurance and the stocks. I love everything about their benefits package.
Excellent Benefits package and its affordable with the best coverage!!
Two-week vacation for the first five years without the ability to roll the hours. Managers discourage sick days and encourage unpaid overtime. Limited paid holidays, $1000.00 401K match, seven year vesting period for the ESOP, high out of pocket deductibles and a heavy workload.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
