Very generous ESOP and Bonus programs. Standard Industry Health Benefits.
PTO is 15 days automatically then an additional five days after five years. 401K is matched to $1K but they supplement with their ESOP. Health, dental, 2 types of vision (Eyemed and Davis through Highmark BCBS). Currently working form home due to COVID but talks of making most positions hybrid. All federal holidays paid except for MLK Day and veterans day BUT you get Christmas Eve and New Years Eve paid instead. To use PTO days around major holidays like Black Friday after Thanksgiving or the day before Christmas Eve is done on a priority basis. You have to send an email to your supervisor of the days you want ranked from most important to least important so they can make sure the department is staffed. Holiday parties alternate every year with an employee luncheon and an employee plus spouse fancy dinner. Health insurance is average at $118 monthly for a single person and a max out of pocket at $750. Families max out of pocket is $3K. Dental isnt all that great, pray you dont have a crown break because its covered 50%.
