Everything is good except for taxes
NVR did have a 401k match for retirement. They offered all of the typical health coverages (medical, dental, vision, etc).
Decent medical and vision benefits, dental benefits provide little coverage and are expensive, 401(k) is okay, and stock purchase plan is average, PTO and vacation are below average.
Great healthcare programs, but the 401k package is weak with only a 1k match.
Vacation time is limited however there is an ESOP for employees who have worked 6 + years
The package offered covered the standard items that encompass benefits in the US. The 401k match was not ideal, though.

Like all other companies, NVR switch benefits and they started to cost $$. The benefits began to get less and less but the cost to the employee got more and more. BCBS PPO
