NWEA contributes 15% of your salary to a the non-profit version of a 401k - no match required. Vesting is only 3 years. Add 6 weeks PTO and good medical/vision/dental insurance and they're the best benefits I've had.
Best thing: NWEA contributes 15% of your salary to your 403b Also very good: 10 weeks PTO per year after a few years
There is not any benefits for part time employees. You are paid by the hour and expenses are paid for you, hotel, flight, milage
PTO, 15% of salary match in 403B
Medical benefits are 100% paid for employee
It's great if you're full-time.
Their PTO policy is amazing. Unheard of!
It's$1000 for 2 kids and yourself plus a spouse which is beyond absurd and the HR team should be ashamed.
Medical costs going up and coverage going down.
Best thing: onsite acupuncture and massage (employees pay, but it is inexpensive and can be scheduled during the work day). Worst thing: we now have to meet a deductible for our medical insurance (didn't used to have to).
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
