Have been with NXP / Freescale / Motorola for many years. They have one of the best benefit packages. Best: Health insurance, employee stock purchase plan, 401K, Gym membership with personal training staff. Worst: Dental insurance is pretty standard, with preventive maintenance covered 100%, but any major work is covered at 50% with a maximum of <$2K.
