Ok annual leave standard for a city agency
Pretty good with time off, it was called annual time and comp time meaning you get a number of hours as time off when u can be out and still get paid, also sick leave paid, comp time means you worked overtime for time not cash which was your choice you had the option, and you could accumulate the comp time for future use.
We are allotted 3 days monthly to accumuklate
Time is earned in hourly increments over months. The longer your with the agency, the more you earn per month.
For beginner's its 1 sick day per month and 1 vacation day for every 1 1/2 month. get all holidays paid off. once you ascend ladder to five years and upward vacation( annual) time increase dramatically.
Vacation time and paid time off has to be earned over time with out taking time off.
