Great benefits. Medical vision. dental life insurance flex spending long and short term disability. Great work and family life balance.
Health Insurance excellent, pay pretty good, 401K, FSA, Pention.
Decent benefits from what I have been told
Good vacation benefits, medical package is comprehensive. Company match up to 50% on 401K
$250 deductible, dental, health, vision, 401K, pension, good vacation. They really have an excellent benefits package considering what is offered by other companies.
401k company match, low salary and we didn't have anything other than small cost of living increases for years.
Solid 401k and one of the few companies in the industry to still offer a pension plan
I was a contract employee so I was not offered any of the benefits of a full-time employee, although I would have liked to have had the benefits.
full spectrum of benefits.... life, health, LTD, etc... 401k plan, profit sharing, adequate paid time off. Not the greatest health care package but as a PPO from a large insurer there are almost unlimited options with regards to doctors that accept the plan.
NYK likes to compensate in buckets. theres a 401k, pension plan, bonus, healthcare and salary. Because they have all these buckets the base salary tends to be on the lower side and they encourage you to look at the total package. The healthcare plans were typical and satisfactory. The bonus tended to be around 8% of base (dependent on the mkt and company's overall picture), pension was 5% company paid, 401k was a 50% match up to 6% of base. The base being lower always impacted the other buckets and allowed the company to always low ball on promotion rates and ultimately other buckets. Also they have a rather archaic relocation package where your salary is only aided by a higher cost of living on a sliding scale diminishing over three years as if the cost of living diminished or raises where out pacing the declining aid.
