Had a kidney stone only paid $50 after insurance. Well treated. The 401k matching requires multiple years of employment to be worth it.
Solid 403(b) match, reasonable time off
Excellent vacation benefits. Health Insurance is very good and covers all critical needs. Defined Compensation Plans are top of the class.
Great benefits and diverse options available for singles or families. Flexible spending is vital for parents
As a postdoc none available for me... so I don’t have any opinion about this
401 k package is good and overall growth depends upon your performance throughout the year. if you work hard they def. pays you well
Great healthcare benefits. Premiums are zero for the basic plan as a single employee, and the basic plan is sufficient. There are a plenty of medical, dental, vision, and prescription options to fit your need. Generous 403(b) contribution, employee discount, tax free commuter, health spending accounts and childcare spending accounts. Great starting PTO and sick time, a legal plan, AD&D, life and etc. Tons of employee discounts.
Social workers are entitled to union benefits (1199), which are limited in terms of your choice of providers. Would be nice to have more options.
plan is OK, copay is high if you see doctors out of network. retired plan is also kind of OK.
Paid vacations and the 401 K
