Best and most convenient health insurance ever!
When you start at a staff level full time you get 14 vacation days. If you've worked at the staff level for 5+ years or are at a management level, you get 24 vacation days. Their insurance is great, especially if you go their NYU based doctors. Right now there is no copay or referral to see any NYU provider. Their maternity/paternity leave leaves a lot to be desired, but it's not great much places. Very few national holidays off. There is no work from home policy; it really depends on your department. They have a 403b you can contribute to right away, and after a year the employer will match a certain percentage.
Great health insurance, but you can only take paid time off after 3 months of employement
Part of 1199 seiu union. Provides 403b, pension, dental, cellphone discounts, gym discounts, Continuing eduction credits. No 403b, small raises (3%).
Incredible health and dental insurance which I paid very little for (the hospital covered the majority). Also great retirement plan, NYU puts in money even if you don't contribute anything at all. Adequate amount of vacation and sick days.
403b, 4 weeks vacation per year, education benefits.
Good health, time-off & 403b benefits
Great in network coverage and PTO
Generous compensation for benefits and very low cost for employees using hospital doctors and services
Many company perks for employees, you get tuition benefits where they even cover your children's tuition after a certain number of years of continuous work. Great medical and dental coverages and options. Super number of vacation days, although you cant access then until you have worked 6 months.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
