“Default program is free if you make less than 60k a year; phenomenal coverage with no copays if you see top-tier doctors. ”
“Less PTO than in other places. but you get two extra holidays. ”
“Company match for both full time and part time”
Health insurance coverage is great and no copay within the hospital
Healthcare benefits is the number factor for me when choosing a position. The premiums and copays are affordable. Other benefits such as tuition reimbursement (damn near free if you go to NYU), FSA, decent amount of PTO, Retirement account matching, and lots of continuing education opportunities are great.
401b matching is great at 8%.
401k, time off, vacation, competitive pay
Amazing health benefits, very generous.
Excellent health insurance and convenient access to world-class care.
Phenomenal health insurance that, for me (single, no dependents), was completely free because of my salary band. I easily racked up $15k worth of psychiatric care over two years that was completely subsidized by the employer. Also, was pleasantly surprised that I got payout from unused vacation days upon leaving my position for grad school.
purple takes care of purple.. while NYU doesn't pay the best salary, what they offer in benefit packages is another salary in and of itself.
1199 insurance is not great, hard to schedule days off
Great benefits package. The only limiting factor is its preference for institution physicians.
