Ok benefits. 3 weeks PTO for 5 yrs experience. This could be better. Nalco Champion/Ecolab should also start doing parental leave. Right now, there is nothing for fathers.
Health insurance and 401k were industry standard, I believe, and you had several packages to choose from. The vacation time was sub par in my opinion and you could only go above 14 days if you had been with the company for five years or more.
Health insurance is really poor compared to the rest of industry. No standard co-pay, must meet deductibles which can vary. 401k is decent. No official sick time anymore and no real communication as to whether we have to use vacation when sick or take it on an as-needed basis. Bonus only for a select few, despite many sales support roles being very much involved in generating business.
Exempt employee benefits are much better than non-exempt employee benefits. This is an Ecolab company. Can bid on jobs globally.
No bonus structure for numerous people who directly impact sales. Certain rules get bent in order to provide company vehicles to people that do not even use them for sales or field work.
