Perks & Benefits
At Narvar, we all work hard towards our mission of simplifying the everyday lives of consumers and we want to ensure we’re simplifying our employees' everyday lives as well. We value our employees and provide them with great benefits so they can focus on the task at hand.
As an intern, I enjoy many of the same benefits as full time employees! Aside from health benefits and unlimited PTO, employees are offered complimentary meals at work every day.
Maternity leave policy, no 401k match
Unlimited PTO is good. The insurance plans got better from worse this year. No 401k match. Commuter benefits were cut down. No bonus or option refresh. Low pay. Free eat club lunch.
Fairly normal insurance options, great transit benefits, free lunch and snacks. The transit benefits are actually great they more than cover costs - even parking.
Generally good benefits package for a growing startup: medical, dental & vision, full commuter benefits, free lunch every day, free snacks & drinks, 401k and unlimited PTO policy. Could improve with 401k matching, bonus incentive program, volunteer time off policy and charity gift matching.
401k, health Insurance, Commute supplement, unlimited PTO

With an unlimited amount of days off, Narvar offers its employees a lot of freedom. Moreover, all the basics are covered such as medical and commute assistance.
Daily catered Lunch provided, Weekly happy hours that includes drinks and snacks. We Definitely needs a bigger kitchen in the office and stocked with healthy snacks.
