NASDAQ gets 1 star because they cannot seem to make up their mind what the vacation policy is and how much you get for time spent at the company. I started off with 15 days in 2007 and after 7 years I was up to 18 days. Even though the policy when I started that I would be up to 20 days after 5 years, then they changed it before I got to 5 years. Also I had 15 days to start whereas current employees had only 10 days, they complained and were basically told tough! Then in 2012 HR decided that you had to use all of your vacation up by the end of the year with NO CARRY OVER AT ALL. Then they changed their minds again. Very POOR management in HR!
