The best thing was the 401k match and the very short vesting period.
Benefits costs were shared with employees instead of just covering them which lowered the overall amount of compensation (take-home-pay)
Employee discount is 40% which is the best about the benefits. 6% 401K is also great. Nastygal offers only 10 days PTO..
After 6 months of "full time hours" and constant "mandatory overtime" there is NO holiday pay, sick time, or vacation time
401k match is amazing, and the perk of bringing a dog to work is cool. Especially if you don't have one because you can play with them all day
They have a lot of options to choose from and the 401k matching is really good.
Had very good benefit package highly recommend. I was able to save a lot because they had 401k matching.
Good insurance - health, dentail and vision. Matching 401K, which is almost unheard of these days. Standard vacation and sick time offerings. No complaints here.
Impossible to take a vacation because the work load was so heavy - PTO was measly anyway. Health insurance was rather expensive but obviously nice to have, same with the 401K. Employee discounts was okay 40% is fine but could do a little better with the margins built in.
I liked my insurance provider, however vacation time is terrible, system to request was a pain, and management made it difficult if you were new and hadn't accrued all your time just yet. Certainly never felt like upper management felt anyone was deserving of time off and looked at it more like an inconvenience.
