“very pedestrian plan. good investment flexibility and ability to self direct investments.”
“same as industry average (banking)”
“same as with the rest of the industry average”
health and medical plan was very, very good.
Better in Europe than is the US
The RBS benefits package is one of the more generous packages that I have been offered in my employment history. The medical coverage has always been as good as or exceeding plans offered by many companies and the paid time off policy is generous as well.
Benefits were slightly better than average.
401K matching up to 5%
The benefits package was very transparent and explained well. Managers let employees take time out of their day to fully comit to choosing the right benefits package.
The intial package is very high, much higher than market average. But after that, the yearly increase is relatively small. Bonuses for non-front office staff are small. But work life balances and we have lots of group activities.
5% 401k match and very generous time off. Salary workers receive 3-6 weeks of PTO depending on title and length of service.
Good benefits with various healthcare packages, generous pay time off with sick days and 401k matching.
There are many trainings available for the employees. These are mainly job related trainings, however you are able to take part in soft skill sessions as well. You can also enroll in foreign language courses that are covered by RBS. Unfrotunately other benefits offered are not impressive at all.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
