Excellent medical/dental/vision. Various options and packages to target was is appropriate for each employee.
Vacation is great, medical is good, Maternity leave could be better, I think it's 12 weeks
Pretty good benefits package but missing paternity leave supplemental pay. For a women's health company, that's rather disappointing to see. If that doesn't matter to you, then it's decent.
Benefits are excellent. Only gap is that 401(k) match could be more competitive in the Bay Area. Employees seem to complain that more paid time off for maternity leave is needed, but I believe that is a broad belief in many US companies.
Best thing: 401k plan
Matching 401K grant with low-fees 401K, covering 95% of my medical premiums (wow), free rides from Caltrain, free lunches (great food), snacks like Aloe drinks, pop chips, Wallaby yogurt, espresso, yum!. Plus a mission where we are making a direct difference in the lives of parents and patients makes the benefits and experience here SO MUCH MORE meaningful than the app farm down the street. Now, I'm working for a company with a cause I believe in...where I can make a real difference! How cool is that?
Comprehensive low deductible health plan. No cap on salary PTO. On site masseuse. Stock options
Decent benefits package, pretty standard.
They offer Kaiser which I love because I have noticed that a lot of companies don't offer Kaiser. They have an on-site gym and offer free 15 min massages every other week. Some great perks!
No paid maternity leave... at a prenatal genetic testing company. The hypocrisy boggles the mind. Employees have made their concerns known to management and nothing has been done.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
