Education budget is so great! 401k would be helpful though, and it'd be a dream to have a stipend for gym/workout use.
It used to be so much better. Healthcare is fully covered for employee - largely covered for family members. "Unlimited" time off, but that means you don't have vacation bank - you have to have approval to take more than a day or two off.
The biggest issue is the there is no 401k or any type of savings/retirement. The pay is also quite mediocre.
Unlimited PTO with an encouragement to take time off. This goes well with maternity/paternity leave. Work from home policy is also extremely flexible.
Great healthcare with vision and dental and also unlimited vacation policy. There is not 401k unfortunately.
They have a great dental/medical plan They have a base salary and do not budge due to experience, etc.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
