Great health, dental, and vision insurance. Great Paid Time Off benefits. Very flexible about telecommuting when needed (if the position is able to do that). HR department handles all of this very well, and is very organized. Worst thing is that there is no "company match" for 401k funds.
It's minimal. I wish there had been more offerings.
Full spectrum of offerings but overpriced and lean coverage. Fair vacation package but you will have to beg others to cover for you and you won't know if you have the time off or not until it is probably too late to get a good deal on airfare.
Best thing: We still have insurance. Worst thing: After outsourcing all of our benefits to a company that was a failed start-up and having months and months of complaints and payroll issues, they did bring it back in-house, but not before trying to make the employees pay for the mistakes of the company.
