  • Health Insurance(6 comments)

“Unfortunately, they don't cover much and what they do cover, it isn't very much. You need to make sure you stay within your network.”

  • Sick Days(5 comments)

“Did away with "sick days" - now PTO includes sick day, personal day, and or vacation days that you can take in a lump or a day at a time.”

  • Vacation & Paid Time Off(3 comments)

“All time is PTO so we can use it for whatever we wish; there is no separation of vacation, PTO, or sick time.”

The benefits package is not the best I have had, however, it is medical, dental and vision. I am also paid for my mileage as well as on call pay.

The best is that they offer a death benefit to beneficiaries. The worst is the high medical deductibles and only one choice of insurers.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Columbus, Ohio

Health benefits are expensive and nothing is covered until huge annual deductible is met. Probably no worse than what most other average employers offer.
