CR2 employees are paid by tearly salary bi-weekly. The Pay, investments i.e. 401K and demtal and medical packages. You also earn PTO.
Full benefits were offered, which was wonderful. Health insurance was super expensive.
Best - can make your own schedule. Great leadership at Winchester site. Worst - not the best pay for degree they ask for. Incentive pay barely makes a dent for gas and documention.

There is no maternity leave and only two PTO days that cannot be saved over time. The benefits do not start immediately and are not easy to understand
