Highly competitive benefits package. Very desirable.
Company puts in 10% of your salary into a retirement account after one year. Junior staff get 2 weeks vacation, mid-level get up to four; ample sick time. Health insurance was very good; switched to HSA plan last year but offered generous contribution to the deductible; however paying bills and operating the HSA can be time-consuming and frustrating.
Excellent healthcare coverage, though vacation was nothing extraordinary
Great health insurance plan - PPO, no referrals needed
Health Insurance was great, 401k was decent. Overall not bad coverage for a non-profit
Health insurance and 401K contribution.
The health insurance is excellent, even for young, single professionals. Vacation and sick time is lacking, and it's difficult to roll-over a 401k.
Though my boss and some of their "special" team members had worked from home, the rest of us were not allowed to work form home.
Project Assistants don't get any benefits
NDI offers generous (relative to other employers) health care coverage and regular contributions to full time employee's retirement 403(b) accounts after one year of service
