Nice PTO time. Good insurance package. Nice 401k package.
I think its too expensive compared to my previous employer and they break the HSA payment down by quarter
A full array of benefits including: company match 401k; Full health, vision, and dental coverage; Onsite gym and healthcare center; Performance bonus; employee discounts; Paid holidays; 3 weeks of paid vacation; Only thing missing is an employee stock option
I like that they offer PTO over Vacation/Sick because I have better control of how I can use my time off. Most of the benefits are pretty middle-of-the road. Medical insurance is very expensive; can't imagine having to cover a family on it.
They don’t contribute much
Health insurance is expensive, and deductible is incredibly high.
The benefits are expensive. If you need to take time off to heal or for family issues you feel forced to stay working unless you other income because the reduced paid benefit amount will have you not being able to live/afford the basic things.
Time off was good and accrued quickly. Medical wasn't great, dental and vision were ok.
High deductibles and premiums for health insurance. Dental was expensive for what they give you and the vision was normal priced. 10 paid holidays. 2 weeks paid time off.
Pays well, decent benefit package
