    You receive approx 18 days off paid. holidays off and as long as its scheduled in advance its typically approved. pto starts after 30 days of employment

    Not enough of it. They only have PTO so it's all lumped together so if you're frequently or sometimes sickly you won't be taking any vacations.

    PTO accumulates rather quickly and there are a lot of holidays that other companies that I worked at didn't offer. Such as MLK day, President's Day and Good Friday. That helped a lot.

    PTO is average for the industry. The company does give holidays that others dont like presidents day and good friday. You can work these days if you want and float that holiday to a different day which is nice.
